● Counselling the prospective students via Phone, Email and in person
● Follow up over the emails/ phone calls etc.
● Handling inbound calls and making outbound calls, converting them into admissions.
● Handling queries over telephone, emails and walk-ins.
● Face to Face counselling of the prospective students and converting them to admissions.
● Maintain effective communication till the time the learner is onboarded.
● Maintain admission guidelines by writing, updating, and recommending changes to admission criteria, policies and procedures.
● Generate MIS Reports on a periodic basis.
● Contribute to admissions by promotions, creating awareness, various activities and workshops to increase walk- ins,etc. ( e.g. presentations and videos ).
● Prepares admissions reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing data and trends.
Desired Skills:
● Experience of working on Lead Management System (LMS), preferred
● Excellent Communication skills.
● Experience in Undergraduate & Postgraduate student counselling and tele-counseling.
● Should be able to handle Face to Face counselling.
● Should be able to handle multiple calls.
● Confident & Energetic candidate with a positive approach on conversions.
● Able to work on targets.
