Salary range upto 30lpa

Responsibilties

• Strategic Planning- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for leveraging Tealium to enhance data collection, management, and utilization. Align Tealium initiatives with the organization's overall business objectives.


• Tealium Expertise- Staying informed about the newest features and best practices. Maximize Tealium's utility to meet operational objectives. Oversee the deployment of Tealium's tag management and customer data platform (CDP) solutions for efficient customer data handling. Execute personalization campaigns smoothly, which might encompass A/B and multivariate testing, as well as performance analysis to enhance personalization strategies progressively.


• Team Leadership -Lead a team of Tealium consultants and analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and training. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.


• Operational Optimization- Continuously assess and refine Tealium configurations, data layer implementations, and tag management processes to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance operational capabilities. Perform performance analysis to refine and improve personalization strategies over time


• Data Governance and Compliance -Establish and enforce robust data governance practices, ensuring data quality, security, and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). Develop and maintain data governance policies and documentation.


• Integration and Ecosystem Management- Oversee the integration of Tealium with various marketing and analytics tools, CRM systems, and other data sources. Ensure data flows seamlessly across the digital ecosystem to support informed decision-making.


• Consultation and Stakeholder Management- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external clients to understand their business needs and challenges. Provide strategic guidance on how Tealium can address these challenges and improve operational capabilities.
