Responsibilities

• Review and validate product samples, packaging/ labels, certifications, COA’s and other documents to ensure products meet safety and quality standards


• Reviewing individual products ingredient list and product benefits and accordingly approving, rejecting or providing feedback on the products being listed on the ecom site based on the set standards


• Maintaining and updating SOPs regarding product verification, banned ingredients, quality standards, testing methods etc


• Maintaining database of a) preferred brands for various product categories and b) recommended products for health conditions


• Addressing Customer queries on product selection for various product categories and recommending products as per the Database.


• Verifying raw materials and products for white label range

Requirements and skills:

• Strong knowledge of FSSAI and other regulations


• Understating labels and ingredients composition.


• Hands on experience of reading COA’s, lab reports and formulations


• Meticulous attention to detail


• Understanding of nutrition value


• Strong written and verbal communication skills


• Time-management skills


• Awareness of the consumer market.


• Strong analytical and numerical knowledge
