Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and schedule appointments.● Follow up with leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.● Maintain accurate records of calls and update customer information in the company database.● Provide excellent customer service and address any questions or concerns.● Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly goals for calls made, leads generated, and conversion.● Participate in training and development programs to improve performance and achieve companyobjectives.● Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.What are you looking for:● 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales or customer service preferred.● Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.● Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer objections.● Good organizational skills and attention to detail.● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.● Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience using a customer database.● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.● Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
