Job description
Responsibilities :
- Verification of billing/ credit requests and supports
- Keep record of jobs for PO submission with cost summary to customer
- Tracking and updating the release of customer PO
- To follow up with PM on release of customer PO
- To submit documents for customer service acceptance
- To ensure service acceptance done before creation of invoice in SAP
- Printing of invoices/credit notes
- Submission of invoices to Customers and/or via Customer& platform
- Monitoring movement of billable jobs
- Liaise with inter departments and customers on resolving billing issues
