Job description

1. Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve organizational
goals and objectives.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new
opportunities and areas for growth.
2. Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure
individual and collective success.
Foster a high-performance culture within the sales team, encouraging collaboration

3. Client Relationship Management:
