JOB DESCRIOPTION
Job Title Assistant Manager - Business Development
Department Business Development / Sales
Job Description Work closely with Business Development Managers to identify and acquire
business from prospective and existing customers
The selected candidate is expected to develop a strong sales funnel
Personal Skills: Must understand the sales process and have the attitude and aptitude to
develop new business
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Computer skills specifically MS Excel and MS Powerpoint
Knowledge base Strategic planning and regular forecasting for business growth
Ability to successfully execute plan through structured processes,
monitoring and reviews
Customer relationship management
o Resolve issues and manage customer relationship with a view to
create lasting associations
Education Minimum graduate with preferably masters or post-degree diploma in Sales
Minimum
Experience
3 Years in selling products/services to corporates
