Job description

1. Experience and expertise in setting up PTCED and Topcoat line for PV/CV industry.
2. Serial production handling of automated PTCED plant integrated with topcoat for PV/CV
industry.
3. Good understanding on PTCED process:
 Pre-treatment process like – knock off degreasing, degreasing, activation,
phosphating etc., along with water rises in between all processes.
 Pre-treatment process parameters.
 Critical parameters of Phosphating and its effects (Total acid/Free acid & Accelerator
point).
 Handling of Phosphate sludge.
 Difference between AED & CED process.
 Understanding of Ultra filtration process in ED.
 EMT process.
 Process and quality issue and action to be taken on same.
 Plant maintenance understanding.
4. Good understanding of Liquid Topcoat process been done in Auto OEM.
5. Will be responsible for the complete operation of the Plant in terms of PQCDSM.
