Corporate Accountant

Accountabilities: Corporate Accounts
 Implementing and operating financial accounting procedures for Dimexon India in alignment with Ind-AS
requirements.
 Coordinating general accounting operations from all locations, departments and functions in Dimexon
India for online, monthly and
annual reporting objectives
 Generating financial statements and reports for statutory and fiscal requirements.
 Ensuring all statutory payments are made accurately and on time for the Corporate office. Support
compliance of statutory payments in all locations of Dimexon India.
 Coordinating the confirmation of customer and vendor accounts and ensuring prompt and accurate
intercompany transactions.
 Support for statutory and tax related audits. Co ordination with Company Auditor, Branch Auditors &
International Auditors.
 Facilitating the preparation of and validating the financial statements presented to banks, shareholders
and regulatory or fiscal authorities.
 Support preparation of standalone and consolidated financial statements for India.
Tax and statutory payment accounting:
 Coordinating and compiling of information required for filling of Income Tax Returns, GST returns,
employee related payments for Provident Fund, ESIC, gratuity etc on time on or before the stipulated due
date.
 Coordinate accounting and recording of GST and other applicable levies. Ensuring adequate
documentation and compilations to facilitate accurate and timely filing of returns, tax payments,
adjustments and settlements.
Corporate Accounting and Controlling:
 Good understanding of financial accounting processes and system logic for Dimexon India
 Coordination with Local accountants and auditors for complete and timely accounting of revenues,
costs, assets and liabilities.
 Fixed Asset controls, accounting and accurate capitalization of projects.
This includes sales /disposal of assets, checking depreciation runs and coordinating physical verification
of fixed assets
 Scrutiny of vendors, customers and general ledger accounts
 Preparing the annual accounting statements for the calendar and financial years.
 Support resolution of queries raised by Statutory Auditors at the time of finalization of accounts for
financial year & calendar Year & Tax.
Audit.
 Prepare and maintain the supporting documents for annual accounts.
 Supporting for monthly financials closing and reporting
Banking information:
 Support the preparation of financial statements and forecasts for submission to credit rating agencies
and banks.
