Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing:
● Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and
professional networks to identify and attract potential candidates.
● Conduct initial screening assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
● Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop
effective recruitment strategies.
● Provide guidance on interview techniques and participate in the interview
process.
Candidate Assessment:
● Conduct thorough candidate interviews to assess skills, experience, and
cultural fit.
● Evaluate candidate qualifications against job requirements.
Job Postings and Advertising:
● Create compelling and accurate job descriptions for open positions.
● Post job openings on various platforms and monitor responses.
Networking:
● Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through pro-active
sourcing and networking.
Candidate Relationship Management:
● Establish and maintain positive relationships with candidates throughout
the recruitment process.
● Keep candidates informed about the status of their application.
Data Management:
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant
tracking system.
● Generate regular recruitment reports and metrics.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
● Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.
● Solid understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
● Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
