Job description
Responsibility -
1. Provide all recruitment administration support
2. Ensure new joiner record checks are carried out fully and in a timely manner
3. Manage the new joiner process from offer letter through to joining instructions and induction
4. Provide HR support and advice to employees and line managers, explaining policies and procedures in a
timely and effective manner
5. Handle all leave processes and queries
6. Handle health and safety processes and queries
7. Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures
8. Administer the performance management system
9. Provide data for and prepare management information reports
10. Salary processing
11. Manage the absence recording system
12. Manage the holiday recording system
13. Administer the probationary review periods
14. Manage the leave administration process.
