Warehouse Lead

Job description

1. Develop and implement strategic plans for the warehousing function to achieve operational excellence 
and drive efficiency
2. Lead and manage a team of warehouse supervisors and coordinators, providing training, guidance, and 
performance evaluations
3. Identify process improvements and implement best practices to optimize warehouse layout, storage 
capacity, and inventory control
4. Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless coordination of 
inbound and outbound shipments
5. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data, and prepare reports to track warehouse 
performance and identify areas for improvement
6. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
7. Manage relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts, and oversee inventory levels to avoid stockouts or 
excess inventory
