Develop and implement a robust S&OP process to ensure accurate demand forecasting, inventoryplanning, and production scheduling2. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to gather market intelligence and customer demandinsights3. Lead monthly S&OP meetings to review sales forecasts, production plans, inventory levels, andfinancial projections4. Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and make data-drivenrecommendations for optimizing supply chain efficiency5. Work closely with manufacturing and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of products andmanage inventory levels6. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the S&OPprocess7. Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders to facilitate effective communication andcoordination throughout the S&OP cyclePersonality:Attention to detail with ability to spot patternsVery structured in day-to-day workCollabrative in nature. Knowledge of best practices in S&OP processes, including demand planning methodologies andinventory management techniques2. Bachelor's or master’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a relatedfield3. Proven experience in sales forecasting, demand planning, or supply chain management4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights5. Proficiency in using S&OP software systems or advanced Excel skills for data analysisEdge:Knows either SQL or R or PythonPast experience in S&OP or having worked with a planning tool in their previous role.
