Job Description:

The CRM Front-End Executive is responsible for managing the partner-facing interface of the CRM system. This includes designing user-friendly interfaces, ensuring data accuracy, optimizing system functionality, and integrating the CRM with other software applications. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, analysing user requirements, and providing training and support to users. The CRM Front-End Manager must have technical expertise, strong analytical skills, and a focus on enhancing customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

Manage the front-end operations of the CRM system.

Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.

Ensure data accuracy and system security.

Provide training and support to end-users.

Generate reports and analyze data for insights.

Stay updated with CRM industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Strong knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

Analytical and problem-solving skills.
