Job Description:  The incumbent shall be responsible for;



  1. a)Spearhead Recruitment efforts & Ensure Talent Acquisition across the business domain.

  2. b)Formulate Comprehensive talent acquisition policies to streamline the hiring.

  3. c)Update and explain Performance Management Manual, policies & Practices.

  4. d)Conduct Trainings, Learning & Development initiatives

  5. e)Responsible for Complete Performance Management Cycle.

  6. f)Establish a Well defined recruitment process.

  7. g)Conduct Annual Training Need Assessment.

  8. h)Plan, Organize and facilitate trainings at all level.

  9. i)Plan Organize and conduct Performance Management System and allied programs.

  10. j)Explain Organization manual, guidelines and practices.

  11. k)POSH Act implementation.
