Job Description: The incumbent shall be responsible for;
- a)Spearhead Recruitment efforts & Ensure Talent Acquisition across the business domain.
- b)Formulate Comprehensive talent acquisition policies to streamline the hiring.
- c)Update and explain Performance Management Manual, policies & Practices.
- d)Conduct Trainings, Learning & Development initiatives
- e)Responsible for Complete Performance Management Cycle.
- f)Establish a Well defined recruitment process.
- g)Conduct Annual Training Need Assessment.
- h)Plan, Organize and facilitate trainings at all level.
- i)Plan Organize and conduct Performance Management System and allied programs.
- j)Explain Organization manual, guidelines and practices.
- k)POSH Act implementation.
