Experience: Atleast 4+ years as Corporate sales • Must have relevant product domain experience within IT, CE, CD, HA and Technology Lifestyle. Experience selling to builders, corporates, hospitality sector along with gifting partners.
Salary range upto 15lpa
Work Location : Mumbai
Qualification: Graduation degree
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Revenue - Successful execution of sales plans and achievement of sales goals in specified region that is in line with the organization & brand goals, whilst being synergistic with marketing & product Strategies. Develop and execute plans to achieve revenue targets, profitability and market share objectives. Implement and execute those plans and maintain strong and steady rhythm for the sales engine.
- Partner Management - Build, manage and develop long-term business relationships with Corporates, Builders, Hotels, Institutes, Gifting partners to achieve the targeted sales revenue by increasing the brands presence. Focus on brand development and pitch our product portfolio within the market Develop, plan and implement KPI’s and Goals for each Ecomm Platform/ on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis.
- Market Intelligence - Identify gifting, bundling and internal consumption opportunities for our entire product portfolio. Build funnel. Track key competitors and positioned products in the market against us
- Internal Stakeholders - Define and implement Go to Market strategy with cross functional teams (Products, Marketing, Operations, Logistics, Finance Etc.). Build world class pitch decks for respective partners
- Have pitch decks ready targeting specific partner type and categories
- Build leads and track funnel very closely
- Aggressively pursue and deliver on Annual Business Plan, Revenue, Loyalty Programs
- Manages all aspects of corporate account business, builds relationships, sells in and executes programs, achieve top in class execution.
- Develop the channel and increase presence in the channel.
- Manage corporate accounts budget.
- Grows account universe by identifying opportunities and building relationships.
- Manage and strengthen lasting key relationships with a designated list of Corporate Loyalty Programs through a consultative and influential approach.
- Lead Meetings with key customers and understand the customers business processes, plans and needs.
- Collaborate cross functionally utilizing partnerships to achieve maximize performance and sales efforts by achieving increased volumes while building long lasting business opportunities in your account universe.

- Good in MS PowerPoint
- Comes with existing connects and relationships
