Job description

Provide close support functions to front-end Sales and marketing for export operations.


·         Understanding of customer requirements of Cotton Ginning machines and their solutions.


·         Letters, offers, communication with clients, and ensuring timely receipt of payments.


·         Preparation of offer and order reports.


·         Coordination of shipments with factories and necessary support from the technical team.


·         Coordination with dealers/agents.


·         Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.


·         Proficient in using MS Excel.


·         Customer-centric focus with a flair for service excellence.
