Job description

Position: - Hub Manager (Secured/Unsecured Loan)

Roles and Responsibilities: -

• Ability to drive “sales targets” of multiple loan products – PL, BL, HL, LAP etc.


• Driving business through aggregators like CA‘s, Freelancers, connectors, agents, DSA etc.


• Have interactions with bankers of various products for smooth processing of files. Will be responsible from file logins to disbursement, must align with bank policies & take care of compliance in each step of the process.


• Be responsible for Team recruitment & managing the same.


• Proper coordination with HO for fulfilment of various leads provided from time to time.


• Maintain proper MIS and also give proper feedback time to time on various market related activities

Key Skills: -

Minimum 2-3 year of relevant experience
Candidate should have excellent communication skills.

Good presentation skills.

Have strong leadership skills.

The candidate with experience in the loan industry

Knowledge of local language.

Knowledge of local bankers

Compensation – Up to 4LPA

Qualification: - Any Graduate / MBA

Note: - Candidates with experience in either secured &unsecured loans will only be considered
