Job description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Success Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and helping them achieve success with our products or services. The ideal candidate will have a combination of account management, customer success, and technical knowledge to effectively understand and address client needs.
Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Understand clients' business goals and challenges to provide strategic guidance.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Account Growth and Retention:
- Identify opportunities for account expansion and upselling based on client needs.
- Work collaboratively with sales teams to achieve revenue growth targets.
- Develop strategies to ensure high client retention rates.
- Product Knowledge:
- Gain in-depth knowledge of our products or services and stay updated on new features.
- Provide clients with guidance on utilizing our products to meet their business objectives.
- Customer Feedback and Issue resolution:
- Gather feedback from clients and communicate it internally for product improvement.
- Collaborate with the support and technical teams to address and resolve client issues.
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer concerns.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to align efforts.
- Provide input on product development based on customer needs and feedback.
Required Skills
- 3 - 5 yrs of experience in account management or customer success roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Internal and external (customer-facing) presentation and training skills
- Technical aptitude and the ability to understand complex products or services
- Problem-solving ability and analytical business skills
- Experience developing customer facing products, technologies, and platforms.
