What you will do:
● Build and cultivate relationships with pet parents.
● Be Supertail's voice in proactively reaching out to customers.
● Understand pet parents' problems and solve them.
● Work on revenue enablement by upselling and cross-selling.
● Promote Supertails services to pet parents.
● Match pet parents and their pets need with Supertails services.
● Be a true partner to customers and hand-hold them through pet parenthood.
● Get involved in offline and online events and community-building activities.
