Job description

• Handling end to end collection responsibility for the entire Gujarat,Maharasthra& M.P. of Affordable Home loan


• Managing On roll team of Collection officer Team Leader-Collection & Legal Manager


• Well versed in Legal knowledge i.e SARFESI ACT, Arbitration Act,Sec 138,202,Sec 9 & 17


• Managing delinquency related parameters and ensuring are within triggers


• Having good network with Collection agencies ,Lawyers


• Closely worked with to product and policy teams to aid in amending polices/ products time to time to suit the market risk.


• Implementing the monitoring mechanism and MIS to ensure that each parameter of KPI is constantly measured,reported,analyzed and improved


• Educate and train team members on the policy requirement


• Ensure and check the collection policies and standards are being implemented at the ground level


• Ensure that region/area is always audit ready and complaint with internal and external policies and regulation in the area of management
