URGENT HIRING for TECHNICAL SUPPORT MANAGER

Experience- Experience 4-5 years
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Providing support for all hardware and software issues and queries raised by customers and internal team members
- Lead all technical queries and issues regarding platform (Storehippo), plugins, mail chimp, and other tech products
- Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues
- Lead the roll-out of new applications
- Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
- Priorities and manage several open issues at one time
- Prepare accurate and timely reports on platform and share with insights with team members and management
- Conduct regular checks and audits of platforms and digital properties
- Explore new applications available in the market as per business requirements and handle the implementation
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduation Degree in Computer/Information Technology.
- 4-5years’ experience in tech support, desktop support or a similar role Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills..
