Job Title: Assistant Manager - R&D  ( frozen dessert industry )

Experience – 5Years

Location- Pune

Qualifications: 

∙Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). 

∙Proven experience in product development and research in the ice cream or frozen dessert industry at 

least 5 years. 

∙Strong knowledge of food chemistry, ingredient functionality, and sensory evaluation. 

∙Proficiency in laboratory and pilot plant equipment and techniques. 

∙Understanding of food safety regulations and quality control procedures. 

∙Excellent project management and organizational skills. 

∙Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
