Should possess thorough knowledge of Incoterms & responsibilities of a freight forwarder.

Should be proactive and meticulous in handling shipments and sending DSR’s.

Should ensure shipments handled is complete in all aspects as per SOP’s laid down by the company.

Should be able to perform independently under pressure.

Should have excellent rapport with carrier’s customer service managers, documentation managers & operations incharge.
