Job Description:
- Should possess thorough knowledge of Incoterms & responsibilities of a freight forwarder.
- Should be proactive and meticulous in handling shipments and sending DSR’s.
- Should ensure shipments handled is complete in all aspects as per SOP’s laid down by the company.
- Should be able to perform independently under pressure.
- Should have excellent rapport with carrier’s customer service managers, documentation managers & operations incharge.
