Key Responsibilities:
 Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute the talent acquisition strategy, aligning with the
overall business objectives.
Provide leadership and direction to the recruitment team, ensuring a
high-performance culture.
 Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients,
understanding their hiring needs and providing strategic solutions.
Collaborate with clients to develop recruitment plans and ensure
successful execution.
 Team Management:
Mentor a high-performing team of recruiters.

 Market Analysis:
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market
conditions to inform recruitment strategies.

for growth.
 Performance Metrics and Reporting:
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Talent
Acquisition department.
Provide regular reports and analysis to the executive team, highlighting
achievements and areas for improvement.
 Quality Assurance:
Implement and enforce recruitment best practices to ensure the
delivery of high-quality candidates to clients.
Conduct regular reviews of recruitment processes and implement
improvements as needed.
