Partner Onboarding Executive

Job description

Responsibilities:

•    Coordination: Serve as the main point of contact for new partners, liaising between internal teams and external partners to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

•    Documentation: Collect and verify all necessary legal and compliance documentation from partners, collaborating with the legal team to ensure accurate contract execution.

•    Training and Orientation: Conduct orientation sessions for new partners, educating them on the company's battery manufacturing processes, product offerings, and safety protocols.

•    Customized Onboarding: Tailor onboarding plans to meet the specific needs and goals of individual partners, ensuring alignment with the company's manufacturing capabilities.

•    Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by partners during onboarding, working closely with relevant teams to overcome challenges.

•    Feedback and Improvement: Gather feedback from partners to enhance the onboarding experience, collaborating with internal teams to implement improvements in processes and communication.

•    Progress Tracking: Monitor and report on the progress of partner onboarding activities, providing regular updates to internal stakeholders and partners.

•    Relationship Building: Foster positive relationships with partners, acting as a liaison to facilitate effective communication and collaboration between partners and internal departments.

•    Data Management: Maintain accurate records of partner information and onboarding progress, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
