Job description


  • DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The customer advisor should ensure the acceptance of all incoming calls to the customer care numbers.

  • Ensure follow up of the missed calls that come either during other calls or during non-working hours.

  • Responsible for replying to all E - Mails that comes through the website, portals and other online sources.

  • Must ensure the following up of:

  • - Call Back

  • - Call Drop

  • They must also ensure that all leads coming to them through various sources are immediately entered in the CRM

  • Attending of all web chats online and ensure that all queries are adequately responded to within the given time frame.

  • Responsible for following up of the Digital Leads.

  • One needs to acquire Face to Face appointments from all prospects.

  • One needs to attend walk in customers at our H.O.


 



  • One is expected to follow instructions & abide by rules & regulations of the company as well as that may be laid by the respective reporting authority from time to time in the interest of the business.

  • WEEKLY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The customer care executives are required to make paper calling for generation of other services leads.

  • They are also required to maintain the Project Brochures as physical copies at the HO.

  •  

  • Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing existing, new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
