HR Operations

Role: HR Operations 

Location: Bangalore 
5 Days working from Office (Visit our CS office once a week). On need basis might have to come on a Saturday
Responsibilities listed are not limited to the following.
• Coordinating onboarding activities
• Responsible for coordination & managing the stock Inventory.
• Coordinating with procurement team – Raising purchase request, Purchase order.
• Managing the in-house Library end to end
• Respond to employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters, including benefits, Onboarding etc.
Qualification:
• Any Graduate
• 2 to 4 years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail
• Decent knowledge of excel.
• Good communication skills for in-person, email, and telephone calls.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
