Job Purpose
- Todevelop corporate FIT and MICE business for our resorts and to generate business from corporate & leisure segment in the operating region.
- Achieve the budgeted targets within thebranch.
Key Area ofResponsibility
- To build & maintain strong relationships with Clients, Travel Agencies, Events Planners, Corporates and Hotel Sales.
- To identify potential customers. create and close new business opportunities in line with the strategic direction of the company
- Communicate the Sterling holidays HSD Value proposition within the strategic designated sales geography
- To make inspiring sales presentations to the prospective customers.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors activities.
- Work closely with the Hotel’s marketing team to develop promotional material & campaigns to support sales initiatives.
- Creating a PotentialPipeline of prospects for MICE and FIT, fromHotel Sales and corporate business.
- Negotiation and Contract agreement finalization.
Education: Minimum Graduation. Post-Graduation will be an added advantage.
