-Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth -Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives -Researching prospective accounts in target markets -Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle -Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients -Setting goals for the business development team and developing strategies to meet those goals -Training business development staff -Attending conferences and industry events - Candidate should have knowledge of handling large project deals which may run in multiple phases, should have working knowledge of PMCs and Commercial Terms of business so as to protect organization interests. - Candidate should have experience of handling Project Distributors/ Dealers who deal in Electrical product lines of MEP Projects. Candidate having knowledge of leading contractors who undertake turkey projects will be an added advantage. - Candidate should be adept in making presentations, adequate knowledge of Leading MEP consultants in the city, smart & agile, should have flair to excel and outperform competition.
