He should have extensiveknowledge of customer segments & methodology of doing business in building segment.-. Candidate should have worked with MEP Consultants for getting brand preference, approvals andspecification incorporation for selling in Building Segment projects. Heshould have knowledge of usingTCO Concept (Total Cost of Ownership).-. Candidate should have knowledge of handling large project deals which may run in multiple phases,should have working knowledge of PMCs and Commercial Terms of business so as to protectorganization interests.
