Job Description:
 Should be comfortable in making multiple outbound calls
to potential clients’ offerings solutions and support by
understanding client needs.
 Researching potential leads from business directories, web
searches, or digital resources qualifying leads from digital
campaigns, conferences, references, tradeshows, etc.
 Creating and maintaining a list database of leads clients.
Identify the key players in an industry and gather interest.
 Presenting information to potential clients, answering
questions and makes follow-up call with potential client.
 Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriates sales
executives for further development and work with sales
team when closing sales. Building Pipelines with team
members to close sales and keep track performance and
sales metrics.
 Maintaining database (CRM) information on JIRA and
assist all other team members in doing the same. Maintain
storng MIS of all leads and accounts. Tracking weekly,
monthly and quarterly performance.
 Learn and stay abreast of all features and functionality
within the Clear Touch Cloud Based communication
Platorm.
 Be able to effectively communicate and interact with
internal team and customers and help them in creating
the required scripts and voice recordings to be used on
CTC platform. Should be able to interact with various
teams of the account (IT, Admin or Marketing team).
 Convey market intelligence and customer feedback to
develop improved promotions & programs.
 Closing sales and working with client through closing
process.
 Effectively speak and written English, Hindi and southern
regional languages.
Skills:
 Proven experience inside sales.
 Track record of achieving quota.
 Strong phone presence and experience indialing
multiple calls perday.
 Ability to handle rejections and progress further.
 Proficient with corporate productivity and web
presentation tools.
 Experience working with CRM.
 Excellent verbal and Written communications skills.
 Strong listening and presentation skills.
 Ability to multi-task, Prioritize and manage time
effectively
