Requirements:
- Should be able to connect with decision makers of the other corporate companies and should generate leads.
- Capable of handling outbound & Inbound calls and explain the product
- Candidate should have good communication skills.
- Candidate should be able to resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media
- Should Use telephones to reach out to customers
- Should Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
- should be able to speak with decision makers or HR managers of other corporate companies and should generate leads.
