Purchase Activity.


 


➢ Monthly preparing schedule for tooling’s & consumables


 


➢ Coordinating and negotiating with vendors for price and procurement.


 


➢ Monitored performance of suppliers in terms of quality, delivery and cost


 


➢ Worked towards improvement of quality, delivery rating and cost reduction


 


➢ Established alternate sources for better rates, quality and delivery


 


➢ Procurement of consumables, Lubricants & Packaging materials.


 


➢ Preparing purchase annual budget, monitoring and reviewing the actual performance on a monthly and quarterly basis.
