Job Responsibilities:
- Candidates with 1+ years of experience as Team leader supporting Chat operations
- Must have excellent product knowledge
- Min 1yr of experience as TL on papers should have worked in chat/Email domain
- Should have the maturity and experience to manage his/her team members and serve as a strong second line
- Should have the required expertise and analytical skills to provide strategic process improvement inputs - (operational excellence)
- To motivate develop and mentor team members in a dynamically changing environment
- Monitor projects/transactions and provide qualitative/constructive feedback to the team members/SMEs.
- Answer operations-related queries from the client/Management.
- Drive process performance to achieve and exceed SLA deliverables.
- Ownership on the Quality performance of delivery
- Immediate Joiners preferred
