Role Description

Experience-3-5 years

Age Group- Less than 30yr

Salary – 7.2 LPA

Location: In office – full time

This is a full-time on-site role for creative Photographer-Videographer whowill be responsible for capturing and editing still and moving images as per the requirements of Brands . Should be comfortable working in various settings, such as outdoor locations, studios, or in client's offices. The photographer may also be responsible for organizing and directing photoshoots /video shoot and assigning tasks to outdoor Agency when required

• Take the brief to understand specifications and work closely with our art team to develop the concept.


• Capture and process images until you achieve desired results.


• Constantly improve image quality using various editing methods


• Use and maintain modern and traditional technical equipment (cameras, lenses etc)


• Arrange objects, scenes, lighting and background to adhere to specifications& requirements.


• Work on video and content creation


• Work on creative angles and ideas


• Shoot for Instagram stories, reels and post


• Work on outdoor and indoor shoot


• Produce videos that will resonate with our audience, and drive a high level of engagement and sharing.


• Work closely with post-production teams


• Brainstorm ideas and come up with exciting concepts.


• Must keep an eye on current trends in cinematography.


• Safely use new and modified equipment


• Do competitor video & creative Analysis, run and use by competitor brands & propose suggestion for Rivona Brands

Work on video editing and photo editing

Requirements

• Degree in photography, visual arts, or a related fieldand knowledge of cameras, mics, lighting, sound and other necessary equipment


• 5+ years of experience as a professional photographer& Videographer


• Experience with digital editing software such as Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom


• Broad knowledge of photographic techniques and principles including lighting and composition


• Experience with photography equipment such as cameras, lenses, and lighting


• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients during photoshoots, and coordination with other photographers or staff.


• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.


• Strong portfolios showcase of photographic work with creativity and versatility.


• Eye-catching portfolio


• Proficient with traditional and modern equipment


• Solid knowledge of Photoshop, Capture One or other photography specific software.


• Shooting & lighting skills


• Competency in applying photographic best practices and techniques.


• Ability to juggle multiple tasks.


• Comprehensive knowledge of video editing software (FCP, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, etc)


• Working knowledge of stop motion, animation, creative video editing effects, and motion graphics editing is a BIG plus


• Should have a good understanding of background music effects Prior experience in shooting and editing videos for YouTube and social media.


• Should have solid work ethics and take full responsibility of the task at hand


• Creative thinking is a BIG PLUS
