Job Description:

1. a) To work alongside CFO, Operations Head, Directors


2. b) Managing all finance and accounting operations including Billing, AR / AP, GL, Fixed Assets Accounting, Inventory Accounting.


3. c) Developing financial strategy, accounting policies & SOP’s


4. d) Ensure monthly book closing and year end closing process.


5. e) Preparation & publishing of monthly and Quarterly financial statements


6. f) Ensuring all finance, accounts & taxation related compliances.


7. g) Financial reporting & analysis and thereby help senior management in strategic decisions.


8. h) Cashflow management


9. i) Developing financial reviews & providing valuable inputs to management on business.


10. j) Finalization of accounts & timely completion audits


11. k) Preparation of reports & financials for fund raising and liasoning with bankers & investors.


12. l) Coordinating and directing the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.


13. m) Ensure all statutory compliances are met.
