Job description

• Managing entire recruitment activities ->Non IT hiring


• Sourcing/Head hunting profiles as per business requirement from internal and external sources ( Naukri, Monster, Employee referral and Social media – LinkedIn and Vendor Management for end to-end recruiting thereby building a strong pipeline for the current and future openings).


• Managing end to end recruitment.


• Working closely with the stakeholders on the recruitment needs.


• Setting the expectations right to the hiring team by providing the data through market research/survey.


• Maintaining the recruitment database &Sending daily updates/reports (MIS Reports) to the hiring manager on the recruitment.


• Scheduling and conducting interviews in coordination with the technical panels.


• Salary negotiation, offer and joining follow up. Collection of documents .
