● Take complete ownership for a group of students -including course and country evaluation,onboarding,detailed counselling, regular follow-ups and managethe overall responsibility of the students assigned● Develop a deep understanding of the universityadmissions process, application and intake cycle.● Create a trusted relationship with students virtuallyas their Coach for any guidance related to Universityadmissions and catering to their preliminaryeligibility(GRE,GMAT) and languageskills(IELTS,TOEFL etc..) as well● Review the progress of every student application onan ongoing basis to understand the current level ofperformance and the perform the bottleneck checkwith different teams.● Build cross-discipline relationships in theorganisation, partnering closely with the Growthteam, Student Counsellors, Key AccountManagers,Loan counsellors, Test prep andother support functions while providingfeedback and insights.● Execute the Post-offer managementprocess alongside the deposits and ensuretimely coordination with the Visa teamand the International office● Implement the nuance of sale strategies andensure that the number of targets are metthroughout the intake cycles.
