Roles & Responsibilities :

Recruiting, training, supervising and appraising staff
Managing budgets.
Dealing with customer queries and complaints
Maintaining statistical and financial records
Overseeing pricing and stock control
Minimum qualification: Graduate
Motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff.
Creating Business Strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic ,and enhance profitability
Respond to customers complaints and concerns in a professional manner .
Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations.
Develop and arrange promotional material and in store Displays.
Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirement and 
Monitor inventory levels and order new items.
Ability to develop and inspire people to achieve their best
Ability to build rapport and trusting relationships
Ability to understand stated and unstated needs of the customer and offer solutions
Clear communication and active listening skills
Ability to act as a link between strategy and execution.
