Job Description We are looking for an Asst. Brand Manager. Who will play a crucial role in supporting the development and execution of brand strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive consumer engagement, and achieve business objectives. Working closely with the Brand Manager, this role involves coordination with various departments to ensure brand consistency and the successful implementation of marketing initiatives KRA: - Assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive brand strategies aligned with organizational goals. Contribute to the creation of brand positioning, messaging, and differentiation strategies. Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to promote brand awareness and drive customer engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including advertising, digital marketing, and creative services, to implement campaigns effectively. Conduct market research to analyse consumer trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Use research findings to make informed recommendations for brand enhancements and improvements. Support the management of social media channels to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Monitor online presence and respond to customer inquiries or comments in a timely manner. Requirements: - Passion for the beauty industry and a keen interest in makeup trends. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic understanding of social media platforms, products and digital marketing Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Duties of Brand Manager:- Social media ideation and execution. Influencer marketing Content creation for Banners (E commerce and D2C), Creatives for Performance marketing, other artifacts, etc. This also includes video content creation (Product and model shoots) and product photography. Brand communication, tonality, color schemes, differentiation for online and offline (Hoardings, Shop banners etc.) Timely updating of catalogues on all portals and doing a hygiene check. Strategies to grow the brand. Pre-launch buzz, Launch activity and sustainability post launch of celeb throughout the year. To come up with innovative and trending Campaign ideas on YouTube and all social media. LinkedIn updating. Market analysis by studying international and domestic brands to forecast upcoming products and trends. Deep competitive brand analysis and study. Overseeing the growth of the brand from time to time.
