Sr. Manager plating

Job description

] Must have min 15 - 20 years of related field experience of handlingTri - NiCr
plating plant.
2] Must have good understanding on Plating process.
3] Maintain & monitor process parameters of all Plating & ETP.
3] Ensure Strategic alignment of Part quality with Customer goals.
4] Rework & Rejection analysis & actions for reduction.
5] Lab testing & product testing as per plan
6] Daily production planning and meeting daily dispatch targets
7] Weekly Preventive maint. for Plating, Painting & ZLD
8] Hazardous waste disposal as per guideline
9] Co-ordination with team for maintaining up time of current and future requirements
10] Drive quality, process change and Lean initiatives to ensure sustained Quality of
Parts be produce and supplied.
11Build Positive employee relationship & Ensure customer responsive working
environment.
12] Determining, finalizing and communicating in-house quality procedures,
standards and specifications
13] Assessing customer requirements and ensuring that these are met in day – to –
day process.
14] Setting customer service standards
15] Investigating and setting standards for quality of the different products
16] Ensuring that manufacturing processes comply with standards required by the
customer
17] Working with operating staff to establish procedures, standards, systems and
procedures
18] Co-ordinating with customers about various quality and system related topics /
issues
18]Determining training needs, arranging it and checking its effectiveness
19] Acting as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance and quality
Working to improve an organization's efficiency and profitability by reducing waste
20] Analyzing and distributing statistical information
21] Monitoring performance of departmental staff.
22] Ensuring always excellent performance during customer audits & reviews related
to Quality &Systems.
23] Ensuring Compliance to Quality System in accordance to ISO9000, ISO14001,
IATF 16949, TPM etc.
24]Should have excellent written and verbal communication to communicated at all
levels internally and externally
25] Should be able to make and give presentation confidently internal and external
