Position: Project sales Coordinator (Exports)

Qualification – B.E/B.Tech(Mechainial/Electrical/Civil)

Experience - 3Years minimum(freshers can also apply)

Location: Mumbai/ Bandra(east)

Reporting to: Manager – Export

Roles and Responsibility:

·         Provide close support functions to front-end Sales and marketing for export operations.

·         Understanding of customer requirements of Cotton Ginning machines and their solutions.

·         Letters, offers, communication with clients, and ensuring timely receipt of payments.

·         Preparation of offer and order reports.

·         Coordination of shipments with factories and necessary support from the technical team.

·         Coordination with dealers/agents.

·         Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.

·         Proficient in using MS Excel.

·         Customer-centric focus with a flair for service excellence. 

·         Generate enquiries.

·         Provide solutions to the customer queries.

·         Building quotations.

·         Handling shipment.
