Job description
- Conceptualization: Work closely with project managers and clients to understand their needs and requirements. Translate these requirements into architectural concepts and designs that align with the project's goals and vision.
- Design Development: Develop detailed architectural plans, drawings, and specifications using CAD software and other design tools. Ensure that designs comply with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including engineers, interior designers, and construction managers, to integrate architectural designs with other project elements seamlessly.
- Client Interaction: Present architectural concepts and designs to clients and stakeholders. Incorporate feedback and revisions as necessary to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
- Project Management Support: Provide architectural expertise and support to project managers throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure the timely and accurate implementation of architectural designs.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor the progress of construction activities and ensure adherence to architectural plans and specifications.
- Innovation and Research: Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and materials in architecture and real estate development. Explore innovative design solutions to enhance the sustainability, efficiency, and aesthetic appeal of projects.
