Job description

Responsibilities:

 

• Analyze the existing UX and UI of a system currently under development.

• Conduct thorough evaluations of user interfaces to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.

• Utilize various methodologies, such as heuristic evaluation, usability testing, and user research, to assess user experience.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.

• Develop and execute strategies to gather customer feedback on their user journey in interacting with the system.

• Plan and conduct user research sessions, including surveys, interviews, and usability tests, to gather qualitative and quantitative data.

• Interpret data and insights collected from user feedback sessions to identify pain points, usability issues, and areas of improvement.

• Generate actionable recommendations based on user feedback and research findings.

• Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders, including presenting reports, findings, and proposed solutions.

• Work closely with the development team to implement necessary changes and improvements based on user feedback.

• Monitor and track the impact of UX/UI changes on user satisfaction and system performance.
