Job Description:
 Conduct Salesforce test automation utilizing tools such as AccelQ and Copado.
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and ensure effective testing strategies.
 Design and execute test cases, scenarios, and scripts to validate Salesforce applications' functionality, performance, and security.
 Identify, document, and track defects to resolution, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
 Participate in test planning, estimation, and retrospective meetings to continuously improve testing processes.
 Stay updated with Salesforce updates, industry best practices, and emerging trends to enhance testing methodologies.
Requirements:
 Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce test automation.
 Proficiency in utilizing test automation tools like AccelQ and Copado.
 Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, functionalities, and limitations.
 Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
 Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
 Self-motivated with a willingness to work in a startup environment and adapt to evolving requirements.
 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
Additional Information:
 This position offers the flexibility of remote work, with preference given to candidates based in Bangalore.
 The contract duration is 6 months with the potential for extension, reflecting our long-term growth plans.
