Salesforce Techno-Functional Consultant

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Functional Expertise(70%):
  
  
  
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Revenue Cloud, including CPQ, Billing, subscriptions, invoicing, revenue recognition, and tax calculations.
  
  
  • Experience with various billing models, such as subscription, usage-based, and one-time charges.
  
  
  • Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into functional requirements for Salesforce configurations.
  
  
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders across departments (Sales, Finance, etc.).
  
  
  • Experience with change management best practices to facilitate user adoption of new functionalities.
  
  
  
  

• Technical Expertise(30%):
  
  
  
  • Proficiency in Salesforce administration tasks (user management, security, data management, sandboxes, backups).
  
  
  • Experience with Salesforce customization tools (workflows, triggers, process automation).
  
  
  • Basic knowledge of Apex and SOQL/SOSL preferred.
  
  
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot technical issues.
  
  
  
  

• Additional Skills:
  
  
  
  • Experience working within an MNC environment a plus.
  
  
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  
  
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  
  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
  
  • Ability to adapt to changing requirements and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• 6-13 years of experience as a Salesforce Techno Functional Consultant or similar role.


• Proven experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud, specifically CPQ and Billing.


• Strong understanding of accounting principles and revenue recognition standards.


• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Availability to work remotely and join immediately.
