Job description

Key Responsibilities:


•    Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate the construction equipment market, identify potential customers, and expand our client base.
•    Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers by understanding their needs, providing product demonstrations, and offering solutions that align with their requirements.
•    Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our construction equipment products, including features, benefits, and applications. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and technological advancements to effectively position our offerings in the market.
•    Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and guidance to customers regarding equipment specifications, installation, operation, and maintenance. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
•    Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and advantages of our construction equipment products. Customize presentations to suit the needs and preferences of different customer segments.
•    Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts to potential customers. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure accuracy and completeness of proposals, including pricing, terms, and conditions.
•    Sales Administration: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to track progress against targets and identify areas for improvement.
•    Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and product enhancements. Provide feedback to the product development team to support continuous improvement and innovation.
•    Training and Support: Provide training and support to dealers, distributors, and sales representatives on product features, sales techniques, and market trends. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and sales tools.
•    Compliance and Ethics: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities. Uphold professional conduct and integrity while representing the company to customers, partners, and stakeholders.
