Job description

Build and manage an inside sales/business development team to achieve a given target Develop and work on analytics-driven sales dashboards which will help keep track of the current performance and also help understand the future sales pipeline Design and optimize the overall sales process to increase conversion at every step of the funnel Manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly pipeline reviews, and training sessions to ensure ongoing improvement and knowledge sharing Develop a strong pipeline of new customers through direct or indirect customer contact and prospecting Analyzing and sharing active feedback about the customer experience, market demands and competition with the marketing team
