Job description
| Develop New vendors |
| Purchase cycle as a whole |
| Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers |
| Request quotes and compare prices for maximum ROI. Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing. |
| Arranging freight & Transport material to vessel after obtaining required permissions |
| Track orders and ensure timely delivery |
| Review quality of purchased products |
| Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases |
| Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices |
| Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analysis |
| Monitor stock levels and place orders as and when needed based on Indents received |
| Maintain and Review Purchasing, Shipping, and Receiving Records |
| Analyze potential vendors and suppliers for future project needs |
| Ensure all deliveries contain all goods ordered |
| Generating MIS reports for management ( MIS / KPI) |
